• Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo (via Google Sign-In or email/password registration through Firebase)
• Dashboard Usage: Pages visited, features used, session duration
• Trading Preferences: Watchlists, notification settings, display preferences

• Usage Data: Features used, pages visited, sessions created
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• IP Address: For security, rate limiting, and diagnostics

3. Financial and Brokerage Data

• API Keys: Stored encrypted in your workspace. Used exclusively to connect to your brokerage for viewing account data and executing trades. You can revoke access at any time by removing your keys from Settings or revoking them at your brokerage.
• Trading Data: Trade history, portfolio snapshots, and order audit logs are stored in your private workspace database. This data is isolated per user — no other user can access your trading data.
• Risk Parameters: Your configured risk limits, watchlist, and preferences are stored in your workspace configuration file and synced to Firebase for backup.

4. Information Processed via Third Parties

• Brokerage Provider (e.g. Alpaca): If you connect a brokerage account, your brokerage provider processes your trading data, account information, and executes trades. Your brokerage provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.
• Firebase (Google): Handles authentication, user management, and configuration storage. Governed by Google's privacy policies.
• AI Providers: Third-party AI services process market data to generate trading signals and analysis. No personal financial data is shared with AI providers.
